SUNDAY UPDATES: State COVID-19 cases just under 12,000

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

UPDATE 6:40 P.M.: The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported 11,988 confirmed cases of COVID-19 Sunday.

At least 151,619 people in the state have been tested for the virus.

There have been 681 deaths reported in the state.

ORIGINAL: The Columbia/Boone County health department reported 117 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Boone County Sunday.

The department reported 18 active cases of the virus, up two cases from Saturday.
