SATURDAY UPDATES: More than 8,000 COVID-19 cases in Missouri

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

UPDATE 7:50 P.M.: The state of Missouri now has 8,154 cases of COVID-19. That is a jump of 319 cases from Friday.

There have been 351 deaths reported from the virus.

ORIGINAL: The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is reporting 7,835 cases of COVID-19 in the state.

There have been 337 deaths as a result of the virus.

Approximately 82,152 people have been tested for Coronavirus.
