Miller County chase ends in arrest

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Authorities arrested one person after a chase in Miller County on Monday.

According to a news release, the chase started after Eldon police officers spotted a pickup truck that was reported stolen Saturday out of Olean.

Officers pursued the vehicle but lost the suspect as the truck drove out of Eldon.

According to the news release, Miller County Sheriff Louie Gregoire spotted the vehicle about a mile north of Eldon and pursued the vehicle back toward Eldon.

Authorities said they arrested the suspect after the person ran into a fence.

The sheriff's office did not identify the suspect.
