Endangered person advisory for Lake Ozark teenager canceled

LAKE OZARK, Mo. (KMIZ)

UPDATE 5:30 P.M.: The endangered person advisory for Sullivan has been canceled. Authorities say he was found safe.

The Camden County Sheriff's Department has issued an endangered person advisory for a missing teenager.

Colten Ryan Sullivan, 15, was last seen going to his room around 11 p.m. Saturday night at 734 Linn Creek Road.

It was discovered that he was missing the next morning around 9 a.m.

Sullivan left a suicide note and is believed to suffer from depression.

He is 5' 10'' tall and weighs 145 pounds. Sullivan has brown hair and brown eye.

Anyone with information should immediately call 911 or contact the Camden County Sheriff's Department.
