COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Columbia Police released that a third arrest was made in relation to a first-degree armed robbery that happened on Rollins Road early Friday.
According to a release from the police department, 20-year-old Kendrick Shaquil Robinson was arrested for armed criminal action and resisting/interfering with an arrest.
Columbia police previously released that 17-year-old Devon Harmon and 17-year-old Polly Southwick were arrested on suspicion of holding a male at gunpoint and demanding his clothes and valuables on April 10.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Rollins Road around 12:50 a.m. for the reported robbery that happened in the 800 block of Rollins.
According to a release from the police department, the robbery victim told officers that three people demanded the clothing he was wearing and his valuables. Police say one assailant was holding a gun and later hit the victim with the weapon.
Officers said a vehicle drove by the scene after officers arrived and the robbery victim told police one of the suspects was inside the car.
Police chased the vehicle but ended the chase after a short distance, officers said.
The release said officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of Rollins Road and found some of the items the victim had reported missing. Police say Southwick and Harmon were arrested at the scene.
Online court records say Harmon and Southwick face a count each of first-degree robbery. The same records don't list attorneys or court dates for either suspect.
