JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and state health officials held a press conference Tuesday night to update on the state's response to COVID-19.

Earlier in the afternoon, Parson held a press conference alongside Columbia Mayor Brian Treece and Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services director Randall Williams.

Williams, MO HealthNet Director Todd Richardson and Missouri Department of Public Safety Director Sandy Karsten will join Parson at Tuesday's conference.

State officials said Tuesday that 15 cases have been identified in Missouri, including one each in Boone and Cole counties.
