Settlement reached in Boone County deadly Business Loop crash

COLUMBIA, Mo (KMIZ)

The son of a Moberly man who died in a Columbia crash is settling in a wrongful death lawsuit.

According to court documents, Marcus Johnson was seeking damages for the death of his father, Tracy Page.

Johnson has agreed to a settlement of $100,000 from Michael Bousquet who allegedly collided with the motorcycle being driven by Page.

The fatal crash happened at the intersection of Seventh Street and Business Loop 70 in October 2019.
