Police investigate armed robbery at Columbia Steak ‘n Shake

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Columbia Police Department investigated an armed robbery at a restaurant on Sunday night.

It happened just before 6 p.m. at the Steak 'n Shake on Worley Street.

Police at the scene said people were in the store at the time of the robbery, but no one was hurt. The robber got away with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

ABC 17 News asked police if they know who they are looking for and police said officers were given a general description.
