The Missouri State Highway Patrol said it found about $1.1 million worth of THC vaping cartridges during a traffic stop in Cooper County on Wednesday.

Troopers pulled over an SUV at about 8 p.m. Wednesday after it crossed the center line on Interstate 70. A K9 unit sniffed out 22,200 THC vape cartridges.
Troopers arrested two North Carolina men. Benjamin Cutler, 23, and Robert Cutler, 67, were taken to the Cooper County Jail on suspicion of delivery of a controlled substance. Charges were filed and dropped against Benjamin Cutler.
