Autopsies scheduled for bodies found in Camden County

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Autopsies were scheduled for Wednesday on two bodies found in the Lake of the Ozarks area this week.

The Camden County Sheriff's Office said the autopsies will take place Wednesday at the Southwest Forensic Center in Springfield, Missouri. The sheriff's office will release a cause of death once the autopsy results are complete and toxicology tests are finished, Capt. Chris Twitchel wrote in a news release.

Toxicology results could take several weeks, according to the release.

Authorities found the bodies of Anand P. Torres, 41, and Kourtney L. Torres, 29, of Lake Ozark, on Monday along Racquet Club Drive near the town of Lake Ozark, after being called for a well-being check.
