A Fulton man faces weapons and assault charges after a disturbance in Callaway County on Thursday.

Steven Thomas Jr, 29, was arrested Thursday after deputies responded to a disturbance in the 7000 block of State Road NN. During the disturbance, several shots were fired, the sheriff's office said.

According to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office, Thomas Jr. is being held in the Callaway County jail without bond.
