An Eldon RV park is named in a wrongful death lawsuit after a woman died from a golf cart crash in June.

ELDON, Mo. (KMIZ)

A wrongful death lawsuit filed Wednesday in the Circuit Court of Miller County accuses the owner of an Eldon RV park of causing a woman's death.

The court document shows Robert Vanbarneveld filed the lawsuit after his wife Tisha Vanbarneveld died on June 16. The couple were at Shorewood Landing Waterfront RV Park the day before the deadly crash.

According to the suit, Tisha was driving a golf cart at the RV park, when the vehicle went off the side of the campground. Tisha suffered several face and skull fractures, which caused her death.

The documents lists the owner of Shorewood Landing Waterfront RV Park as Million Shorewood Landing.

Vanbarneveld accused Million Shorewood Landing of being negligent with upkeep of the RV park. The lawsuit says conditions at the RV park are not safe and that the plaintiff was not warned of potentially dangerous conditions.

The lawsuit requests a trial and damages from RV park owner. According to the document, Million Shorewood Landing could have to payout at least $25,000.
