Fulton man found guilty of statutory sodomy
The Callaway County Circuit Court found a Fulton man guilty of felony sodomy with a child less than 12 years old on Wednesday after he waived his right to a jury trial.
Christopher Feltner was charged in November after authorities conducted an “extensive criminal investigation” into child sex crimes against him.
Feltner will be sentenced in January and is being held in the Callaway County Jail on no bond.
The court said he has 25 days to file a motion for a new trial.
