Truck, motorcycle crash in Columbia
Traffic was blocked temporarily on a busy Columbia street Tuesday after a motorcycle and pickup truck collided.
The crash at Old 63 and Walnut Street was called in at about 1:15 p.m. Boone County emergency dispatchers sent out alerts warning drivers to avoid the area.

A photo taken by an ABC 17 News reporter showed the motorcycle on the ground and damage to the pickup truck, but it wasn’t immediately clear whether anyone was injured.
Some police units were already nearby working at the scene of a shooting adjacent to Stephens Lake Park.
