Power has been restored to thousands of Moberly residents

Nearly 3,000 Moberly residents were without power for hours Saturday due to a weather-related power outage.

According to the Ameren Missouri said this happened at 2:38 a.m.

It has not specified what type of weather-related incident caused the outage.
