TONIGHT: Skies remain partly cloudy tonight with mild overnight lows. A spot storm chance can’t be ruled out through th night. Lows dip into the low 60s with winds out of the southeast from 5-7 mph.
EXTENDED: The remainder of the week will feature a big warm up with highs in the upper 80s and mostly dry skies. Thursday will be breezy with highs near 90, and Friday highs will be warm as well. This weekend the jet stream begins to break down and dive south over the Plains, bringing the potential for unsettlled weather by the weekend. Showers and thunderstorms are possible Saturday into Sunday, and some storms may become severe.
