Human remains found inside barrel on Gasconade River
Investigators are working to identify the remains of a person found inside a barrel on the Gasconade River.
The Gasconade County Sheriff’s Office said the remains were discovered near a river access point Friday afternoon.
Troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol helped deputies recover the plastic barrel from the river after it got stuck on the side of a boat ramp in Gasconade, Missouri.
