Cold temperatures across Mid-Missouri as you head out the door

There are bitterly cold temperatures across Mid-Missouri with temperatures in the low 20s and wind chills 0 to -15 degrees.

Residents heading out the door this morning will want to make sure to bundle up to avoid dangerous conditions in these temperatures.

It only takes a few minutes for your skin to be susceptible to frostbite.

Dehydration, numbness, and hypothermia are issues in this cold weather as well.

Plan extra time to scrape the ice off your windshield.
