Car hits fuel tank off Highway 63 outside Columbia
A woman is recovering after Boone County authorities said she crashed her car into a fuel tank at a gas station off Dripping Springs Road Saturday night.
Boone County deputies and the fire protection district responded to the crash just before 8 p.m.
They said they were able to fix the leak in the tank, and towed the car.
The woman went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
