After tonight’s front, rain… Sunshine makes a return Monday afternoon!

TONIGHT: A cold front continues to track through Mid-Missouri this evening with on and of showers likely through midnight. Some showers could be heavy at times, an umbrella is needed out the door! Behind the rain, we take a big dip in temperatures, winds will swing hard out of the northwest with temperatures between 35-37 by sunrise tomorrow. Winds should steadily die off, but we’ll likely feel more like the upper 20s as you’re headed off to work. Find that jacket!

MONDAY: After a cold start to the day, we make another run for 50 degrees, except this time, we’re actually going to get some sunshine in the mix! Yes, that’s right, we’re finally going to get a glimpse of that strange orange ball in the sky, especially by tomorrow afternoon.

EXTENDED: Following a widespread frost potential Tuesday morning, the return to more mild fall temperatures begins. Abundant sunshine in the forecast Tuesday through Thursday with slowly climbing each day. We touch the 60s by Thursday, followed by another wave of low pressure, increasing rain chances on Friday.
