All suspects arrested in Sylvan Lane shooting

The fifth and final suspect in an August shooting on Sylvan lane was arrested Thursday.

Anthony William Neill, 27, was arrested in Lafayette, Georgia, by the U.S. Marshal Task Force. He was on a Boone County warrant for the charge of second-degree murder. ABC 17 News reached out to law enforcement in Georgia and is waiting to hear back about where Neill is being held.

Randall King II, 31, was pronounced dead at a hospital after the shooting at the apartment on Sylvan Lane. According to court documents, the shooting was a drug deal gone bad.

The woman who lives in the apartment told investigators the shooting happened during a methamphetamine deal between Daria Littleton and Neill after another person involved became aggressive, according to the probable cause statement.

Daria Joyce Lynn Littleton, Sarah Marie Davidson, Richard L. Nole and Hollie A. Johnson were also arrested in connection to the shooting.

All suspects have now been aprehended.
