Teen hits power pole in Mexico crash
A 16-year-old boy suffered minor injuries in a crash Monday, the Mexico Department of Public Safety said.
Police were sent to the 900 block of Curtis Street at 7:24 p.m. and determined that an eastbound 2005 Chevrolet Silverado had gone off the road and struck a power pole, the department said in a news release. The driver was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Mexico by private vehicle.
Police did not indicate what caused the truck to leave the road and hit the pole.
