No one hurt after Fulton home caught fire Wednesday night

Fulton firefighters said a family got out of their home safely after it caught fire Wednesday night.

Firefighters said they were called ot the 1200 block of Circle Drive shortly after 11 p.m.

When firefighters got to the scene, they saw heavy smoke and flames coming from the single-story home.

After 30 minutes of aggressive attack, firefighters said they were able to get the fire under control.

Firefighters said five people were inside at the time of the fire but were able to get out safely. One person was awakened by the fire and was able to alert the others.

Firefighters estimated the damaged to be $100,000. They say unattended cooking was the cause if the fire.
