Fulton man accused of running into houses while naked

Fulton police responded early Thursday morning to calls about a naked man running in the area of St. Francis and Tyler streets.

“Officers received information the man entered a residence unlawfully and was confronted by the homeowner before leaving,” a department spokesman said. “The man attempted to enter another residence but did not gain entry.”

Police say they made contact with Thomas Seay, a 33-year-old from Fulton, and arrested him after a short foot chase.

Seay was taken to the Callaway County Jail and is accused of two counts of 1st-degree burglary, two counts of sexual misconduct, two counts of peace disturbance and resisting arrest.

The Fulton man is being held without bond.
