Authorities encounter possible explosive device in Pulaski County
Authorities encountered what appeared to be an improvised explosive device while executing a search warrant in Pulaski County.
According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, detectives with the department along with Richland City police officers executed the search warrant around 7:45 p.m. during a narcotics investigation at a home in the 500 block of Louise Street.
They encountered the device and called in the Missouri State Highway Patrol Bomb Squad.
The sheriff’s office said more information will be provided on Tuesday.
