Body of Marine pulled from river identified at Fort Leonard Wood

Phelps County, Mo- The Marine whose body was found in the Big Piney River near Fort Leonard Wood, has now been identified as 23- year-old Corey C. Staten, from Randallstown, Maryland.

Staten was reported missing July Fourth in the afternoon when he was swept away by the Big Piney River and never resurfaced.

His body was recovered on Thursday morning.
