Emergency crews responding to possible lightning strike in Jefferson City

UPDATE 4:13 P.M.: Boone County Fire has confirmed that a man was found on a porch with non-life threatening injuries. It’s unknown if the man was hit by lightning.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Jefferson City Fire Department confirmed with ABC 17 News that emergency crews are responding to a possible lightning strike in the 900 block of E. Cedar Way in Jefferson City.

ABC 17 is working to confirm what the lightning hit, if there were any injuries, if someone was hit by the lightning and if there was any damage.
