Missouri Attorney General files motion to dismiss state workers from DeBrodie wrongful death lawsuit

The Missouri Attorney General’s Office filed a motion on Tuesday to dismiss workers employed by the state from the DeBrodie wrongful death lawsuit since DeBrodie wasn’t in the state’s custody.

Lawyers for Karen Digh-Allen filed a motion on Wednesday to dismiss several counts against her and the Callaway County Public Administrator’s Office.
