Human remains found in Miller County
The Miller County Sheriff’s Office confirmed it was investigating after human remains were found on Monday.
According to Sheriff Louie Gregoire, the remains were found in a rural area of Miller County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control is assisting in the investigation.
The body had not been identified as of Monday evening and a cause of death is not yet known.
Gregoire said an autopsy will be scheduled at a later time.
