House drops lawsuit against nonprofit tied to Greitens

The House of Representatives is dropping its lawsuit against two pro-Greitens non-profits, A New Missouri, Inc. and Greitens for Missouri.

Judge Beetem confirmed he received a motion and letter late Wednesday saying the committee is dropping its lawsuit for now, but reserves the right to refile it at a later date.

There was a hearing scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday determine if A New Missouri and Grietens for Missouri still have to turn over documents requested. That meeting has since been canceled.
