Cole County woman who works for daycare arrested for possession of drugs

On March 31 in Jefferson City, Zoie Granato was pulled over by an officer for driving with no headlights on.

The officer smelled marijuana coming out of the car during the traffic stop. The officer searched the gray 2013 Dodge Granato was driving and found a Camel cigarette package with DMT inside of it, smoking devices, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.

Granato has a history of drug possession, paraphernalia charges, theft and resisting arrest.

Granato also said that she works at a daycare in Jefferson City.
