Cole County Prosecutor will not file criminal charges against Greitens

The Cole County prosecuting attorney will not file criminal charges in the case against Governor Eric Greitens, according to a press release.

The Office has decided it will not move forward with the charges in the investigation with the Governor’s gubernatorial campaign.

“After due consideration, I have decided not to file the criminal charge suggested by the AGO. My office has no further comment on this matter,” the Prosecutor’s Office said in the press release.
