Woman accused of assaulting nurse at University Hospital
University of Missouri police officers arrested a Columbia woman Friday after she allegedly punched a nurse at a hospital.
MUPD officers were called to University Hospital Friday for the alleged assault. Officers arrested Theresa Jones, 29, on suspicion of third-degree and fourth-degree assault.
A lieutenant with MUPD said the nurse was treated for minor injuries.
Jones was being held on a $5,000 bond Saturday.
