The probable cause statement has been released on the deadly Greeley Drive shooting

Last Thursday, May 3rd on the 3700 Block of Greeley Drive, police responded to a call of a man with multiple gunshot wounds.

Emergency Medical Services took the victim, Robert Eugene Jennings to the local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Police and the Crime Investigations Team searched the area for evidence and the home of Jenning’s on Greeley Drive.

A warrant was issued May 7th for the arrest of Charles Tyrone Webb, 43 for second degree murder and armed criminal action.

Today, a probable cause statement has been released showing how police determined who the suspect is in this case.

The police spoke to several neighbors and witnesses who saw Webb actively shoot Jenning’s and later get into his dark gray Cadillac, which they later learned was registered in Kansas.

Webb is on a cash-only million dollar bond.
