The investigation identified Ryan Scott Garvin, 23, of Jefferson City, as a person-of-interest and took him into the Miller County Sheriff’s Office on unrelated arrest warrants.

Garvin was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action and first-degree robbery.

Garvin is being held at the Miller County Adult Detention Center with a $300,000 bond.
