Wanted Fulton man arrested, charged with kidnapping
UPDATE – 8:00 A.M.: Osage County deputies learned around 6 p.m. Thursday that 26-year-old Shane Vandelicht was at a home on Highway 89 North near Highway 50.
“After a brief refusal to exit the residence, he was located in the residence and was arrested by the Osage County Sheriff’s Office without further incident,” said Sheriff Mike Bonham.
Vandelicht had been charged on April 3 for kidnapping and domestic assault for an incident three days earlier.

ORIGINAL: A 26-year-old Fulton man is in custody after being charged with first-degree kidnapping and domestic assault.
Shane Vandelicht was arrested Thursday by Osage County deputies in reference to a March 31 incident east of Millersburg.
Vandelicht was also wanted by the Missouri Department of Corrections for violating his state parole.
The two felony charges were filed April 3 by the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney.
Court documents say Vandelicht threatened to kill his wife’s dog, punched his wife several times, choked her and refused to let her leave their home on March 31.
