Wanted Fulton man arrested, charged with kidnapping

UPDATE – 8:00 A.M.: Osage County deputies learned around 6 p.m. Thursday that 26-year-old Shane Vandelicht was at a home on Highway 89 North near Highway 50.

“After a brief refusal to exit the residence, he was located in the residence and was arrested by the Osage County Sheriff’s Office without further incident,” said Sheriff Mike Bonham.

Vandelicht had been charged on April 3 for kidnapping and domestic assault for an incident three days earlier.

These are the latest in a litany of criminal charges against Vandelicht over the past few years.
