Columbia police arrest two after serving search warrant in Central Columbia

Columbia police arrested Bradley Testerman and Reginald Reed on Thursday after a SWAT team and detectives served a search warrant in the 2500 block of Willowbrook Drive.

ABC 17 previously reported that officers were first alerted about a residence in the area when neighbors complained about frequent traffic coming in and out of the neighborhood.

Officers said when they approached the house, Testerman opened the back door in an attempt to run. Testerman closed the door and went back inside.

Police said when they got inside, they told Testerman multiple times to come out but he refused. Officers found Testerman hiding under the stairwell in the basement.

During the search, officers found two Oxycontin pills, Methodone pills, marijuana, used needles, scales, empty baggies, glass pipes with residue, and marijuana grinders in a bedroom that belonged to Reed.

Testerman faces possible charges of resisting arrest and had two warrants for his arrest.

Reed faces possible charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
