A man has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after he was accused of hurting two girls.

One victim told deputies that Craig Mullins grabbed her by the throat and “slammed” her to the floor. In a separate incident, the girl said he was on top of her, holding her down and yelling at her.

The second victim said she tried to get Mullins off of the first victim but he knocked her to the ground and threatened to stab her with a fork.

Officers said Mullins choked both of the victims and left bruises on one of the girls.

According to the probable cause statement, Mullins has an extensive criminal history for domestic assault.
