Fulton pedestrian hit on Bluff St., suffered minor injuries

Fulton police responded to a pedestrian getting hit by a vehicle on Monday.

The pedestrian, identified as a 50-year-old man from Fulton, was walking east on E. 2nd St. and then onto Bluff St. while using the crosswalk.

A white, 4-door vehicle was driving east on E. 2nd St. and turned north on Bluff St., when the vehicle hit the pedestrian.

The driver of the vehicle was described as a 47-year-old woman from Fulton. She said she did not see the pedestrian before hitting him.

The pedestrian refused medical treatment but said he had shoulder pain.

There was no damage done to the vehicle involved. No arrest has been made, and the investigation is on-going.
