Baseline Place fire ruled suspicious
Columbia firefighters have ruled the Baseline Place fire suspicious.
ABC 17 previously reported that emergency crews responded to the 5400 block of Baseline Place just after 7 a.m. on March 19 to find flames coming out of the second story window. Firefighters reported no injuries due to the fire.
The Fire Marshall’s office conducted an investigation and determined the fire was intentionally set.
Police said they are currently assisting with the investigation.
Firefighters said the damages are estimated to be $65,000.
