Columbia police arrest man accused of “mooning” woman and two boys
Columbia police arrested John Snyder on Thursday morning after officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Highland Drive for reports of indecency.
Police said a woman and two boys were waiting at the bus stop when Snyder started making sexual gestures nearby.
The victim told officers that she asked Snyder to stop but he turned around, pulled his pants down and “mooned” her.
Snyder admitted to police that he showed the woman his genitals.
Snyder faces possible charges of sexual misconduct.
