Schweizer wins Mizzou record fourth national title
Mizzou distance runner Karissa Schweizer is now a four-time national champion. The Senior won the 5K Indoor National Title on Friday night in College Station, Tex. Schweizer is the first Mizzou athlete to ever win four national championships.
The Iowa native won the race wire-to-wire. She finished with a time of 15:43, which is just about a five-minute mile pace.

Schweizer will have a chance to win another national title this weekend. She’ll compete in the 3K on Saturday.
