Officials close multiple lanes of I-44 after rollover crash

MODOT officials are alerting drivers of a rollover crash on I-44 that happened on Tuesday afternoon.

A spokesperson for MODOT said the crash has closed all but one lane of I-44 near mile marker 172 just past Route D near Jerome in Phelps County.

Officials are expecting the closure to last several hours.

Drivers are asked to use caution in the area and to allow extra time for travel.
