Student taken into custody after “disturbance” at Battle High School

A school resource officer at Battle High School has taken one student into custody after a “disturbance” on campus on Friday morning.

Columbia police confirmed the incident but would not release the identity of the student.

ABC 17 crews were on scene but were unable to learn what the disturbance was about.
