Showers tonight, cooler Thursday

TONIGHT: Showers are possible in the evening and overnight, moving out by daybreak as gusty northwesterly winds up to 25 mph usher in cooler, drier air. Temperatures will drop to near 40 by morning.

THURSDAY: The start of March will be seasonal with high temperatures near 50. Morning clouds will clear to mostly sunny skies as northwesterly winds at 15 mph gust to 25 at times in the afternoon.

EXTENDED: It will feel more like winter Thursday night as temperatures fall into the upper 20s but we’ll start warming up again Friday as winds shift to the southeast, reaching the low to mid 50s under sunny skies. Heading into the weekend, temperatures will continue to slowly warm and we’ll reach close to 60 degrees under mostly sunny skies Saturday. Clouds will increase Sunday as temperatures climb to the low 60s, Showers and isolated t-storms will increase after 9 PM from the west ahead of a cold front which moves through early Monday morning. Showers are likely Monday morning, ending in the afternoon with highs in the mid 50s. Watch ABC 17 News for the newest forecast and check back here for updates.
