Randolph County man charged with statutory rape and distribution of marijuana

A Randolph County man has been charged with statutory rape and distribution of marijuana after giving marijuana to two minors and raping one of them.

The interview with the victim revealed that George Fotovich, 58, of Randolph County, gave marijuana to the victim and another minor while in his bedroom during July of 2017. The minor left the room, and that’s when the victim was raped by Fotovich.

The victim also said that Fotovich had a loaded shotgun in the room, which he showed her before raping her.
