Troopers arrest man after finding LSD, meth and gun during traffic stop
Troopers arrested Mike Lillard on Saturday after officers pulled over a vehicle for a non-functioning right head light.
According to the probable cause statement, Lillard was accused of giving officers a false name and would not consent to a vehicle search.
Troopers said when they tried to arrest Lillard, he pulled away and fled. Officers said they chased and tackled him.
When officers identified Lillard they noticed he had two felony probation violation warrants out of Camden County.
Officers said they found seven grams of meth, LSD, an electronic scale, a small bag of marijuana and multiple small baggies.
Lillard told officers that there was nothing else illegal in the vehicle but troopers found a gun that he had hid.
Troopers also found marijuana on Lillard when he was being booked in jail.
Lillard was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance at a jail, unlawful use of a weapon, repair or sale of illegal weapon, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
