Hickman football coach resigns

Trevor Rubly has resigned as head coach of the Hickman football team, athletic director J.D. Coffman confirmed on Tuesday. Coffman says Rubly’s resignation is due to personal reasons.

Rubly coached the Kewpies for just one season. Hickman went 1-8 and lost in the first round of the playoffs.

Hickman is now looking for its fourth coach in the last two years. Coffman says the position is currently posted online.

The Kewpies have won just three games in the past four years.
