UPDATE: Kansas City, KS 1-year-old found safe

UPDATE 5:53 P.M.: Police said around 5:45 p.m. that the little girl has been located safe and has been reunited with her family.

ORIGINAL STORY: An Amber Alert is expected for a missing 1-year-old from Kansas City, Kansas.

Kansas City, Kansas officers said they are currently looking for a 90’s Gray Alero.

Police said the victim, Shamya Reed, is wearing a black shirt with the word “Beautiful” on it and jeans.

Officers said the suspect is 18-year-old Ricardo Wheeler.

According to the KCKPD Twitter, an Amber Alert is expected soon.
