Audrain County deputies arrest man after finding more than 70 grams of methamphetamine

Audrain County deputies arrested Michael Baker, 38, on Monday after officers observed him driving a car with a revoked drivers’ license.

During the traffic stop, deputies found over 70 grams of methamphetamine, over $3,000, and multiple items of paraphernalia used in the distribution of controlled substances.

Baker was taken to the Audrain County Jail. He faces possible charges of drug trafficking, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license.

Officers said Baker posted a $21,000 bond and was released pending a court appearance.
